Building and Groundworks Services Ltd offers innovative solutions across a range of developments from small sites through to large scale projects.

Our services span, but are not limited to, groundworks and civil engineering, commercial and residential house building, roads and sewers, foundations, block and beam/warm floor, gas membrane installation.
Groundworks and Civil Engineering
BGS deliver all aspects of groundworks up to DPC (damp proof course).
Commercial and Residential House Building
BGS have worked with a number of key contractors across the UK including, Cruden Property Services, Torus, Casey Construction, Hassett Homes, Seddon Homes, Crossfield Construction.
Roads and Sewers
BGS have established a solid reputation in implementing road and sewer infrastructure. Our experience in this field stands us in good stead to manage a range of developments, varying in size and engineering complexity. All our operatives are confined space trained as standard.
Highways
BGS hold qualified street works licences, having worked on several public highways, we operate in confidence with ongoing communication with Local Authorities and the Environment Agency.
Foundations
BGS are experienced in various foundation solutions, ranging from tradition strip through to raft and pile.
Drainage
From small domestic drains to large diameter concrete pipes and attenuation tanks, BGS are proficient in all drainage works.
